Study Abroad Advising Hours

Monday through Thursday
9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
and 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
in Laurel Hall (on the Oval)

All students interested in studying abroad should attend a general information session prior to meeting with a study abroad advisor. These sessions occur at least once a day, Monday-Thursday in the International Resource Center (IRC, lower level of Laurel Hall). Walk-in advising for 10-15 minutes is available in the IRC without an appointment on a first-come, first served basis. The center is manned by peer advisors and a study abroad advisor, but it is closed on Fridays. All advisors in the IRC are able to help students get started, but students with a specific region of interest are encouraged to time the walk-in advising session for when the advisor for that region is on duty.

Appointments can be arranged for students who wish to meet with a specific advisor outside the advisor's walk-in hours. Please call (970) 491-5917 or contact the advisor by email. Study abroad advisors are not available for walk-ins or appointments on Fridays.
